The Honest
Answers

No spin. If something here is a fair concern, I would rather name it than hide it.

Working together & trust
Yes, always. We start with a free strategy call, so you can see me, hear me, and ask anything before any money changes hands. I am Earvin Laureano, working remotely with clients worldwide, and you deal with me directly from start to finish, no account manager and no handoff. You can also see real work first, since the portfolio demos are full sites you can open and explore.
You can judge it before you pay. The demos in my portfolio are real, full, clickable sites you can open and explore, not screenshots. The reviews come from people I work with every week, and I was named Top 5 VA of the Year by Phyllis Song VA Services. On our call I am happy to walk through any demo and explain the choices I made and why.
It works the way any fully remote build does, and plenty of my clients are far from me. You deal with me directly, with a clear channel for requests and honest timing on when things will be done. There is a time-zone gap, but you are never left guessing where things stand, and around launch I plan our timing so the important moments line up with you being awake.
How it is built
I build your site custom, with a modern toolkit and AI helping at every step, then host it on a fast global edge network. WordPress is fine, but it relies on a theme plus a stack of plugins, which is what makes many sites slow, easy to break, and a chore to keep updated. Building custom is what lets your site load in under one second, get read cleanly by Google and AI search, and work right on a phone. It is standard web work, not a locked proprietary system.
You are never locked in. The build uses standard, modern web code, so any competent developer can work on it, not just me. You own the site once it is paid in full, with no lock-in, so you are free to keep me, hire someone else, or edit it yourself. I would rather you stay because the work is good than because you feel stuck.
Yes. A custom build is actually easier to connect to your tools, not harder, because there is no theme or pile of plugins in the way. Tell me what you already run and I will set it up to work with your stack.
Owning your site
Yes, fully. Once it is paid in full, the site and its code are yours to keep, move, or hand to another developer. Your domain is registered in your name, and your hosting can be set up in your name too, so the keys are clearly yours. This is not an account you rent from me.
Yes. Because you own it, you or any developer you choose can make changes. Some clients handle small text edits themselves, and some prefer to hand it off and keep me on so they never touch it. We sort out what fits you best before launch.
Pricing
Custom builds start around $1,797, and founding-client pricing is on right now while I grow my portfolio, so the rate is lower than it will be later. You pay in two parts, 50 percent to book and 50 percent on launch, so you are never far ahead of the work. There is also a free strategy call and a $57 audit if you would like a smaller first step, and the audit cost credits toward your build.
A template or a sixty-dollar build can be fine if all you need is a basic page. Mine is different work: a custom site built to load in under one second, to be found by Google and AI search, and to turn visitors into booked clients, by someone with more than 9 years across operations, sales, design, and digital. You are paying for the thinking and the result, not just pages on a screen. And next to an agency, I am far more affordable, because I am a focused solo builder with low overhead, not a team with a markup.
On a one-time build, there is no required monthly fee from me. You own the site, and it is hosted on a fast global edge network, so there are no plugins to license. If you want me to keep it maintained or to run your day-to-day, there are optional monthly plans, but that is your choice, not a requirement. I will also be clear about normal costs like your domain so nothing surprises you.
Results & what to expect
No, and I will be honest with you about that. I cannot promise a number of leads, and you should be careful with anyone who does, because results also depend on your offer, your prices, and your market. What I guarantee is the build: a custom site that loads in under one second, is built for Google and AI search, works on mobile, and is shaped to turn visitors into booked calls. I stand behind the quality and the scope, not a number.
You tell me, and I fix it. Every build comes with the Sign-Off Guarantee, which means I keep refining within the scope we agreed until it meets that scope and you sign off, or until the revision rounds in your scope are used. The goal is that you are happy with it before it ever goes live, so you give feedback along the way while I can still adjust it. It is a workmanship and scope guarantee, not a refund.
Less of your time than you expect, because the building is on me. We start with a free strategy call, then I take it from there and only come to you when I genuinely need a decision or something only you have. Timelines depend on the size of the build, so I will give you an honest sense of it once I know your goal, rather than a vague promise.
I build both websites and funnels, and I do not start from a template, so your industry is not a barrier. Every build starts by learning your business, your customers, and your real goal, then I shape the site or funnel around that. If you are not sure which fits, tell me your goal on the free strategy call and I will point you to a site, a funnel, or both.
